Due to major time constraints this post is going to be oh so short and simple. Over this past week I have put another ball in the air. As a result.....
This is what is left of my week!
Oddly I don't like what is left because it's just pure chocolate. Lord help me.

Still working on: Operation: Humpty Dumpty

3/26 Monday - Crossfit still modified
3/27 Tuesday - Injured
3/28 Wednesday - Crossfit Super modified work out
3/29 Thursday - Injured
3/30 Friday -Crossfit Modified
3/31 Saturday - Injured
4/01 Sunday -Injured


Scale Reading- Down 3 pounds.

Stress Level -You don't want to know.

The UP side- Chocolate is good.

Injury prevention is important!
