6 Pounds

This is my story and I'm sticking to it! I've been blogging about my new eating habits. This is my latest post in case you have no idea what I'm talking about. I stepped on the scale today and by my rough calculations I've got a 6 pound loss. Clearly what I'm eating has everything to do with my weight because I'm not working out again (yet). I had an idea but when you get on the scale and it screams at you, "HEY! This is a better way to eat!" Then you know for sure. I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and see what happens in another week.
