McDonalds - zero - That's right no McDonalds for an entire year. Try it.
Long John Silvers - zero
Wendys - 1 visit
Taco Bell - zero
Arbys - zero
Chic-fil-a - 6 visits for soup & fruit
Whataburger - 2 visits
Subway - 4 visits
Jack In The Box - zero
Burger King - zero
Pizza Hut - 10 visits at least.
Dominos - zero
Papa Johns - zero

As you can see "fast food" is pretty much gone from my diet. Go me!



My Work Outs -
Monday - Boot Camp with Dex.
Tuesday -Crossfit Training with Shaun.
Wednesday - Boot Camp - interrupted
Thursday - Crossfit Training with Shaun.
Friday - Rest
Saturday - 5K Challenge
Sunday - Rest

Scale Reading - What kind of crap is this? 183. Seriously? That's a four pound gain. Whatever!!!!!! I ran a 5K this week. I didn't walk it and I'm back at the crossfit gym so take that you stupid scale.

Stress Level -The hubs is leaving the country for 2 weeks. I want to eat cake!

The UP side - I feel good physically. My calves were tender from crossfit and the 5K run but the shins are good. That's progress.
