6/5/12 5-Kick It! Challenge Day 5 with Taebo
Day 5 of the challenge and I'm beginning it with my Taebo buddies. Whoo Hoo! It's been a good 6 months since I have been to this class. Whoa was it fun trying to keep up. It wasn't too bad, sort of like riding a bicycle. The floor work with the mats was killer. My muscles were pretty tight and boy did I miss the core work. It's weak! She does nothing but core work at the end and it's NO joke. Our instructor is inspiring and I was able to find my non girlie push ups again. Now that is progress my friends. Until tomorrow..
