Marvelous Muffins

What, you thought I got a day off from the cookbook? No! We had these for breakfast but it felt more like a snack with the chocolate chips and all. The recipe calls for 25 minutes in the oven and that's too long! If you try this make it 20 minutes instead. Ours came out pretty hard and the muffin cups were hard to get off. These photos crack me up. I don't know why blogger brings them in so small.

He does fine till he tries to lick the bowl, look at that face - lol. He doesn't like the batter, it's not sweet enough. I like the one where he is watching the muffins rise in the oven. He tries the muffin and it's too hot but in the end he gives it the two thumbs up.
