Aloha Friday #222 - When I Get Stressed I...

When I get stressed I normally make/bake something sweet to feel better. But with all this working out that I do week to week I know that I have to make different choices. Today I was having a stressful moment so I made this yummy banana split and handed it to my husband. This way I still get to create and make something yummy but I'm passing on the calories. - lol
