#Mamavation Monday - Reset

I wish I had a reset button to undo what I did yesterday. I'm not sure who really cares but I just had a day of what I would call "grazing." I knew what I was doing and didn't stop nor did I care. I think it could be that witch Rosa! She can come in and undo everything that I spent the entire month doing. You know who she is and the power she has. It's unreal. Oh well, moving on now.

Eating out

My Work Outs -
Monday - Boot Camp with Dex.
Tuesday -Crossfit Training with Shaun
Wednesday - Boot Camp with Dex.
Thursday - Boot Camp with Heavy Cast Members, Crossfit Training with Shaun.
Friday -Boot Camp with Dex.
Saturday -Boot Camp with Heavy Cast Members
Sunday - Rest

Scale Reading -184 that is a 6 pound gain from last week. O-M-G! OK I'm over it and moving on.

Stress Level - Pretty high with the remodeling going on upstairs. Other than that it's all good.

The UP side -I'm running a 5K on Saturday.
