What Would You Do?

Your family and your friend's family are at a picnic together. Your friend is off in another area trying to deal with a tantrum from one of the smaller children. The two compromise and go on about their business. Your friend's spouse looks at you and uses the adjective "WEAK" to describe your friend's tactics. What Would You Do?
