Tip The Scale Tuesday - Week 28

Ladies and gentleman I have a two pound weight loss. Whoot Whoot! I didn't work out at the gym this past week but that new baby room was full of exercise. Up and down the stairs I went for 5 days and of course we have the wax on wax off method of painting. I'm exhausted but happy with the results. Today we hit the circuit training room. What did my abs ever do to this instructor? Geez! lol - Until next week.
