Measurements -
Chest = same
Waist  = same
Hips = -.5
Legs = +.5
Arms = same

Scale Reading -
1 lb. loss. I'm wondering...Do you think taking anti-suppressants is cheating? What about these energy drinks? I don't think I have ever seen Mamavation promote either. I'm pretty sure we are suppose to stick to a healthy diet, water and exercise. It's the old school way!

Stress Level -
Still dealing with the bathroom remodel. The kids final birthday bash is Saturday and many folks that initially said they would come are no longer coming. lol - No, no stress at all.

The UP side -
I'm starting week 1 of the 8 week MamaGuns challenge! The How to Train a Spartan series is going well with only (BIG GULP!) 19 days left to train. I'm starting to feel the fear a bit. I participated in the Fallen Heroes 5K on Saturday.
Overall #144 person to cross, I was #155, finishing 00:37:43.85

I'm looking forward to reading how the rest of my "sistas" did this week.
And this is a little inspiration for all of this week!
